Shipping is done completely through US Postal Services (usps).
All orders whether domestic or international will receive free shipping on orders totaling over $150.
We reserve the right to choose the most cost effective way of shipping your order. If you would like a faster premium shipping method, you will have to contact us and pay an extra fee for an upgraded service if it is available.
Domestic orders are shipped either by 1st Class Parcel (3 to 4 day delivery estimate with tracking) or priority mail (2 to 3 day delivery estimate with tracking).
International packages under 4 pounds and under combined dimensions of 36 inches will generally ship via 1st Class Parcel International service. This service has tracking to many (but not all) countries and a delivery estimate of 6 to 10 business days. Packages over 4 pounds or over combined dimensions of 36 inches will ship via Priority Mail International. This service has tracking to many (but not all) countries and a delivery estimate of 6 to 10 business days. (Yes, the biggest difference between the 2 services is simply price…priority costs a lot more.)
We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal services and authorities or customs authorities of any country.
In the rare situation in which you receive a package that has been damaged in shipping, you will have to send us a photo of the damage (including both the damaged article and the packaging) within 5 days of receipt of the package. We may ask that the item/items be returned to us. Each case will be handled and decided on an individual basis.
